Windows & Ventilation Requirements
Proper ventilation is required during deep cleaning due to
the use of cleaning agents.
Windows must be able to open in any room requested for deep cleaning.
For small or enclosed rooms, a door must be present.
Larger spaces should have a nearby door or a large window
to allow adequate airflow.
Flooring & Surface Care
Clients must inform us in advance of any fragile or specialty
finishes, particularly for hardwood or sealed surfaces.
Cleaning methods may be adjusted based on surface type to
prevent damage.
Pets & Children
- Pets must be secured away from areas where cleaning agents are used
- It is strongly recommended that children are kept out of active cleaning areas
- Work may be paused if safety conditions cannot be maintained

- Biohazard or hoarding cleanup

Deep cleaning services are priced per job,
starting at $20 hourly.
Final pricing is based on room size, condition,
surface types, and access.
