Our work is guided by Christian values of service, integrity, and care for others. We strive to be welcoming and inclusive to all clients, regardless of background or personal beliefs.

All clients are treated with respect and professionalism
All workers would appreceate to the same respect in return

Safety First

The safety of workers, clients, and animals is our top priority
Work may be declined or discontinued if unsafe conditions are present
Clients are expected to provide honest and accurate information about the work environment

Substances & Conduct

Our workers do not smoke, drink, or use recreational substances while on the job.

Services may be refused or discontinued if there are safety concerns, including suspected substance use, impaired behavior, or unsafe conduct at the service location.

Boundaries & Respect

Any form of harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate service refusal
Pressuring workers beyond agreed scope, pricing, or comfort levels is not acceptable
Attempts to take advantage of workers will result in service termination

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or stop services at any time if:

Safety concerns arise
Misconduct or inappropriate behavior occurs
Workers feel unsafe, pressured, or disrespected
The work environment differs significantly from what was described

This policy exists to protect everyone involved.

Scope & Communication

Service scope and expectations are discussed before work begins
Changes to scope or conditions must be communicated clearly
All pricing and service decisions are based on the agreed scope
Tips are appreciated, but not expected

By requesting services, clients acknowledge these guidelines and agree to engage respectfully and honestly.
